I’m the proud founder of Fundraiser Travel, a travel agency built on purpose, passion, and the belief that everyone deserves the chance to see the world while making it better.

My name is Sheila Randolph, and I’m the proud founder of Fundraiser Travel a travel agency built on purpose, passion, and the belief that everyone deserves the chance to see the world while making it better.

I created Fundraiser Travel to solve real problems for both nonprofits and travelers. For nonprofits, I help eliminate the constant challenge of raising funds by offering a creative and sustainable solution, travel fundraising. Through my unique model, I help organizations raise up to $30,000 per trip without using their own resources. But it's about more than just money. I also help nonprofits build community, grow their supporter base, and strengthen relationships with donors, volunteers, and alumni. Through our membership program, I provide structured, ongoing support to ensure long-term success including marketing, campaign management, and strategic planning.

For travelers, I solve a different kind of problem the stress of planning a beautiful, safe, and seamless trip. I curate unforgettable travel experiences that are fully vetted and worry-free. My clients don’t have to figure out where to stay, what to do, or how to manage logistics. I take care of everything from booking the perfect destination to providing personalized packing lists and on-call support throughout the journey. My commitment is to create safe, meaningful, and joyful travel experiences that leave lasting memories.

Part of what drives me is my own personal journey. I was born with cerebral palsy, and I’ve had to find creative ways to navigate the world my entire life. That’s given me a “won’t be denied” mindset. When a problem arises, I find a way through it—and I bring that same energy to my clients and nonprofit partners. My lived experience helps me see solutions others might miss, and it has shaped me into a deeply compassionate and detail-oriented professional.

I also bring a strong foundation in business and strategy. I hold a degree in Economics from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, and I studied professional fundraising at Boston University, equipping me with the tools and techniques to help nonprofits grow their impact. My career began in the financial industry, where I served as a banking officer and manager, building the skills to structure, budget, and deliver results. I also started my journey in travel with TNT Vacations, which laid the groundwork for the work I do today.

Now, with Fundraiser Travel, I get to combine all of this my passion for service, my love of travel, and my commitment to empowering others. I’m here to help nonprofits thrive, travelers explore the world with ease, and communities grow stronger through shared purpose and unforgettable experiences.
